The Meaning Behind Sunflower Therapy and Consulting

The sunflower holds special meaning for this practice. It represents resilience, warmth, and strength — qualities that guide the work we do with individuals and communities.

Sunflowers are known for their ability to turn toward the light, even during challenging conditions. For us, this symbolizes the human capacity to seek meaning, connection, and growth during difficult seasons of life.

Sunflower Therapy and Consulting was created with these values in mind. The practice is grounded in compassion, hope, and a deep respect for the courage it takes to face life’s challenges. We believe that clarity and growth are possible, even when the path forward feels uncertain.
